Greetings!!

My name is Mark -- I'm a youthfully (old) guy who really hasn't grasped the concept of middle age quite yet. Gee it wasn't all that long ago that I was a kid.... Time goes by sooo fast!

Well, I'm going on year 6 of living in the south, specifically the Myrtle Beach, SC area. Growing up in Las Vegas, NV where the main colors are beiges and earthy sage tones, it was like my color vision came to life when I made it to South Carolina for the first time. The word "Green" doesn't really describe the vivid natural colors here -- nor does hot and sticky do justice to the humidity that we enjoy (ug) in the dog days of summer. But let me just tell you, autumn and spring are SPECTACTULAR!! Muy Bueno!!

I suppose all good things must come to an end....and better things are just around the corner. I and my wife are planning to relocate to Colorado in early 2010 and just LOVE the Western Slope, Grand Junction and surrounding areas. Yep, we can't wait to strap on those skis again (and try the Snoboard too) and hit the slopes.
